Zachary Ballin

Attorney Zachary Ballin quickly assimilated into the firm after joining in 2011. His natural ability to strategize was first noted when he was young during lengthy games of chess with his father, Attorney Steven Ballin. By age seventeen he co-captained the Sharon High School Mock Trial Team in the Massachusetts Bar Association's High School Mock Trial Competition which involved 135 high schools from across the Commonwealth. During the final round of the competition, he argued before Chief Justice Ireland of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Attorney Zachary Ballin continued to compete in mock trial competitions during college at the University of Delaware, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Philosophy. Studying texts and philosophies that remain the heart of our legal system, has provided him with a unique view and understanding which he applies on behalf of his clients daily. After graduating college, Attorney Ballin traveled throughout Asia, including a winter he spent teaching English as a second language in South Korea. He returned to Massachusetts as a Sandra Day O'Connor Honor Scholar at New England School of Law where he earned his law degree, graduating cum laude.

He continues to challenge his father during lengthy games of chess and collaborates on many of the firm's most complex cases.
