About Us

Introduction

Mission

To ensure substantial compensation for police officers, firefighters and other public safety officers if an on or off duty injury should cause them financial loss, pain or other suffering. We accomplish this by planning a rock-solid strategy that undeniably points to the most substantial financial recovery for the injured officer.

Philosophy

To Protect those Who Protect and Serve

The brave men and women of the Massachusetts police and fire departments and other public safety officers put themselves in danger to maintain public safety. That's why we're dedicated to protecting their financial safety if they have an on- or off-duty injury. We believe injured officers deserve specialized legal representation that's customized to their specific wants and needs. And that's what we deliver. They deserve the same maximum level of compensation and protection, which our laws provide to any other citizen of the Commonwealth.

Methodology

Our attorneys have over 50 combined years of legal knowledge exclusively from police injury cases. There's not much in the way of police injury cases that we haven't seen. And since many of these cases come up repeatedly, we've probably already formulated a successful strategy to resolve it. Plus, we receive payment for our service only when the inured officer receives a monetary recovery.

With proper planning and a sound strategy, we aim for injured officers to be fully compensated for their injuries, pain and suffering. Our combined experience, legal savvy and knowledge of police injury cases makes Ballin & Associates the ideal firm to represent injured police officers and to see that they receive the maximum level of compensation due to them.

Our attorneys continually win substantial recoveries for the injured officers who rightfully deserve them.
